'Boutique' Legals only Wedding Ceremony

  • Small intimate ceremony up to 25 guests (extra can be negotiated)

  • Professionally presented ceremony on the day

  • Commemorative marriage certificate

  • Guidance through to your ceremony to ensure it is just as you desire

  • Use of my acre property and garden in Donvale for ceremony and photos (3 hours)

  • Your catering or I can arrange (extra cost)

  • Lodgement of all necessary legal documents + application for your legal certificate completed and forwarded to Births Deaths and Marriages (Included)

‘Full Wedding Ceremony’

  • Professionally presented ceremony on the day

  • Lodgement of all necessary legal documents

  • 2 meetings

  • Your bespoke love story written for the ceremony

  • Assistance in helping you write your vows 

  • Information booklet with options and sample wording

  • Commemorative marriage certificate

  • Provision of a professional PA system

  • A rehearsal at your chosen venue

  • Guidance through to your ceremony to ensure it is just as you desire

  • Travel costs to be negotiated outside 75km radius of Donvale

  • Application for your legal certificate completed and forwarded to Births Deaths and Marriages (additional $90)

  • Discount for Monday - Thursday weddings and winter weddings.  Request a quote.

‘MC Package’

Add on an MC package – 5-hour duration

  • Ensure the reception runs like clockwork

  • Liaise with other wedding vendors 

  • Communication with venue and housekeeping

  • Engage guests

  • Introduction of key family

  • Introduction of the wedding couple

  • Invites guests who are making a speech

  • Announces the cake cutting

  • Present the first dance

  • Keep the event running smoothly

  • Gather guests to farewell wedding couple

  • Games can be added in for a little fun

  • Any other thoughts you might like to include

Funeral Service

  • Meeting with you and your family to discuss the service requirements in detail

  • Assistance with choosing a funeral director to care for your loved one at the time of death and/or liaison with chosen funeral director throughout the process of the funeral

  • Writing of funeral service including creation or assistance with eulogy and personal tributes if required

  • Assistance with music selection

  • Assistance with choosing readings, rituals, verses & poetry selection

  • Coordination of family and speakers for service including RSL or other service groups

  • The use of a professional PA system if required for graveside or outdoor venue

  • Funeral advocate/liaison with other celebration of life/interment/ scattering of ashes or other end of life services

  • Pre-planning a service with individuals prior to death who wish to be involved in the creation of their own funeral/memorial
